Supply and installation of an IP video surveillance solution for an organization operating across multiple regions. The project was carried out location by location, covering the requirements of each site, equipment deployment, connection and configuration, functional testing and commissioning of the solution. The multi-site scope required consistent installation and validation criteria across all locations.
Contracted service to handle incidents at the network drops of a company in the insurance sector. Each request began with the fault report and technical attention at the affected drop, followed by diagnosis of the connectivity and the associated physical infrastructure. Depending on the incident, the network drop was restored, corrected or restructured, followed by the tests needed to confirm that service had been restored.
Assessment of the installed base of UPS units and batteries across multiple sites of financial and insurance institutions. The request was approached by identifying the operational need and defining the right data capture equipment for use across the different locations. Supply, installation and commissioning of a business telephony solution, including the phone system and the required handsets, along with the distribution and installation of the equipment. Based on the required configuration, the units were built specifically for the client’s operation, integrating the components and capabilities defined for the project instead of using standard in-stock configurations.
