Is the warranty valid in my country, even if the equipment is shipped by a U.S. company?

Yes. We work exclusively with new product from each manufacturer’s authorized channel, so your equipment carries a factory warranty valid in the region. Before quoting, we confirm the conditions applicable to your country — and if you ever need to use it, Prime System IT assists you throughout the process with the brand.

How long will my shipment take to arrive?

At Prime System IT we offer two shipping options depending on your urgency: air freight, with reference times starting at around 5 days, and ocean freight, at around 20 days. Our shipments are scheduled to depart every Friday, and transit times are counted from that departure. Exact delivery time is confirmed with each quote, based on equipment availability; configure-to-order equipment may require additional manufacturing time. We coordinate complete logistics to your company’s door.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. At Prime System IT we adjust our commercial terms to the scope of each request. Tell us what your company needs and we will prepare a proposal tailored to you.

Is the equipment new and genuine?

Yes. All equipment from Prime System IT is new and genuine, sourced through each manufacturer’s authorized channel and its authorized suppliers.

Do you have trade references we can use to evaluate you as a supplier?

Yes. At Prime System IT we have a proven track record in Latin America and trade references from leading companies in their sectors. When we begin a business relationship, we provide the supporting documentation your company requires to onboard us as a supplier with complete confidence.

Do you work directly with the brands, or are you an independent reseller?

Prime System IT operates within the manufacturers’ authorized channel, through their official wholesalers. This allows us to follow each brand’s guidelines for warranty and distribution.

What if I need a product that isn’t listed on your website?

Our website shows our specialties, but at Prime System IT we are not limited to them. Thanks to our position in the market and our network of manufacturers and suppliers, we can source other products and projects, making the connections needed to get your company what it requires.

Will I have a dedicated account executive, or will whoever is available handle my request?

At Prime System IT you are assigned a dedicated account executive who stays attentive to the needs of your purchasing and IT departments throughout the process. A single point of contact who knows your operation, with no call centers and no generic answers.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No. At Prime System IT we want to be your supplier for large projects and for your departments’ small everyday requests alike. We handle every need with the same commitment, regardless of order size.

Do you only sell the equipment, or do you install it too?

We supply the equipment and also handle its installation and commissioning. You define the scope of each project: supply only, or supply with installation.

Do you work with equipment approved under our company standards?
